Caldwell Corporation is all about our customers’ needs. We are continuously advancing the services we provide to better serve our consumers. One of the main services we provide is the reverse engineering of parts—for when you do not have a supplied print, you are in the market for a second supplier, or you need a part in a hurry. With our newly-acquired Keyence XM-2200 CMM, reverse engineering just got a whole lot better.

With the use of our upgraded CMM comes many benefits for our customers. The Keyence XM-2200 is a portable CMM, which gives us the ability to measure critical dimensions without the need to remove the part from the mill or lathe. We also now have the capability to save inspection programs, making them quicker than ever before. The sooner we are able to accurately inspect a part means a savings of time and money for your business.

For prototyping and reverse engineering, this machine has no match. In the same way we are able to inspect parts more efficiently than traditional methods, we can now also render 3D models faster than ever before. Using this CMM gives us the ability to not only inspect precision parts accurately every single time, but to also make a 3D model of the part using the same points. In combination with our upgraded AutoDesk Design Suite 2021, Caldwell Corporation is now equipped to give you repeatable precision parts easier than ever before.
