Tom Caldwell - Vice President

Tom Caldwell has been working with Caldwell Corporation since he co-founded it with his father Joseph L. Caldwell in 1987. After graduating high school, Tom helped build the company he operates today from the ground up. With over 30 years of experience, Tom has the capabilities needed to truly help our customers succeed.

Joel Reynolds - Plant Manager

Joel Reynolds has worked for Caldwell Corporation since 1991. From 1973 to 1981, Joel worked for GTE Sylvania as a designer and drafter. In 1981, North American Philips bought out GTE Sylvania’s picture tube business, and he then would begin working for Philips as a designer and CNC programmer. After Caldwell Corporation purchased the facilities of Philips in 1991, Joel remained on as head of our Engineering and Design department. After over 45 years, Joel has the knowledge and experience needed to manufacture quality, precision parts.

Joe Caldwell - Shop Foreman

Joe Caldwell, Tom’s son, has been a full-time employee for Caldwell Corporation since 2013. After high school graduation, Joe began gradually gaining his machining experience. He is currently our shop foreman and helps our customers receive the quality parts that they order.
