Our machining services here at Caldwell Corporation rival much larger outfits. Our current capabilities include:

• Conventional/CNC milling of parts up to 30” x 30” x 72” (Fifth-axis capable)
• Conventional/CNC turning of parts up to 24” x 120”
• Precision grinding: Surface (up to 15” x 30”), and Cylindrical (I.D. and O.D - up to 12" x 36")
• Jig boring

We are able to hold tolerances on parts within .0002”. We also have the ability to give your part the finish you require. If we are unable to give your part the finish or plating you desire, we are able to outsource the job needed to one of our business partners. Some examples of the additional processes we can do in-house are:

• Black-oxide coating (Blackening – hot/cold)
• Heat treatment
• Painting
• Rockhard/carbide coating
